Pops

On today's episode of the Only in OK Show, we chat with Missy Smith, the General Manager at Pops in Arcadia.

 

Pops is a landmark diner & gas station with hundreds of sodas, a shop & a 66-ft.-tall soda bottle out front.  The award winning building was designed by Rand Elliott Architects and is a wonder all by itself, but you have to go inside to experience the full majesty of this icon of Route 66.  

 

Arcadia Oklahoma is a popular stop along Route 66.  Its proximity to large urban centers while maintaining its rural heritage make it a great place to visit.  While you are there, be sure to check out the Arcadia Round Barn dating back to 1898.
