Is it really a 4th of July in Oklahoma without a little extreme weather? ⛈️🎆
We headed down to Wild Horse Park in Mustang, Oklahoma, for their legendary Independence Day celebration, and it did not disappoint! Mustang takes the 4th of July to a whole new level—there's practically a fireworks stand on every corner, and when the sun goes down, the entire sky lights up.
But this year, Mother Nature decided to join the party. We ended up catching a massive fireworks show right in the middle of a Severe Storm Warning! Lightning on one side, fireworks on the other—it doesn't get more "Only in OK" than this.
From 10-mile-long traffic lines to pure, beautiful patriotic chaos, this is one 4th of July we won't forget anytime soon.
